Does anyone else really get into it?

Everytime I'm watching a parade, firework display, and sometimes even rides. I just get completly into it like the Parade of Dreams I was just fully obsorbed into what was happening also with the fireworks! My mouth is just dropped open, and my eyes are like saucers. My parents are always "It's just a show! It's not real!" what did you say? I just get completly lost in the "magic" that surrounds their amazeing shows. Anyone ever feel like this? Or am I some strange wacko

I cannot watch the Electrical Parade without dancing along. Heck, even when I just hear the music I dance.

magic in the parades, yes ( unless its hotter then heck )fire works yes, unless I have a 7 foot tall man with a kid on his shoulders, ( that happends every darn time) fantasmic yes...... well unless we have to stand and thats just painful since i can barely walk any more.

That's too funny! My sister, my aunt and I are all the same way, so we totally "get" eachother's love of Disney. DH hasn't been since he was a kid and doesn't really care to go, that would be why my sister, aunt and I go about every 6 months for the last few years. We love Disneyland! People actually bring up going to Cabo or Hawaii, I'm like nope, I'd rather be at Disneyland! My sister will be happy to know that there are others like she and I...and from what I've read on these boards there are many, many like us!!

Being at Disneyland was a real dream come true for the little girls inside me!

your lucky you have your aunt and your sis! My family just trys to prove to me that disney's just a marketing scheme (i truley think I was born into the wrong family) but yes, ever since I found this site, I've been comforted that it's completly normal to be obssesed with disney!
My aunt is basically the only one who will come with me on my disney excursions
