Does anyone else find this annoying?

I was just reading on the resort board here that people are calling and getting upgrades from studio to 1 BR at SSR and OKW. It looks like these are not DVC people.
What gives? I haven't heard of anyone in DVC receiving such upgrades???

This is being done with CRO controlled rooms at OKW & SSR, not DVC.

These villas belong to CRO, not DVC members. They can't upgrade members with these rooms, they're not part of the member inventory.

CRO always has a small number of villas available for rent to the general public, and they are often discounted. The only thing different about this situation is that they're giving the discount in the form of an upgrade instead of a percentage off the rate. Nothing to be annoyed about.
