Does anyone dress up in California Adventure on Halloween?

I know the action is at Disneyland, but does anyone dress up over at CA - particularly on the 31st??

Children 9 and under are allowed to be in costume any time in both parks, but adults are only allowed to be in costume at DL during MHP. So at DCA, assuming you are talking about adults, it is more likely that anyone in "costume" will be Disbounding or Dapper, since being in full Halloween costume would not be permitted.
