Does anyone do tip envelopes for dining?

I was looking at your passport cover and it is so pretty. I was thinking about making it a shirt disign, if that was okay with you. I have navy shirts that I think it would look great on. Could you have it say "The Davis Family Traveling the world in one day" and December 2008 somewhere on it. I would greatly appreciate it.

These are FANTASTIC! We are doing deluxe dining and most of ours are here. I do see a couple of places that we will be eating at that are missing ... can anyone do:

Spoodles
Tutto Italia
Biergarten
San Angel Inn
