Does anyone design "invitations" to Disney on Ice?

My family is giving a friend's daughter a ticket to see Disney on Ice: Rockin' Ever After for her birthday. Are there any DISigner out there who creates tickets/invitations that we can give to her in her in place of the actual ticket? We are going February 20, 2013 @2pm at the TD Garden in Boston, MA.

Her name is Violet. Yes, we will be attending with her, but you needn't put our names on it. I think a faux ticket would work nicely. Thank you so much for the reply!

That is almost exactly what I was hoping for! Can you jazz up Violet's name a little (different font/color)? Also, February 20th is a Wednesday not a Monday. Thank you so much!
