Does anybody know a good Cruise TA?

I need some immigration requirement info for the cruise.
When I called DCL they forwarded me to USCIS and I couldn't get anybody on the phone, it's all automated.

If someone has a good TA who is really knowledgable on immigration requirement could you please post or PM me?

edit: I'm actually on the phone with USCIS waiting to talk to someone about my Naturalization. It is an automated system BUT if you follow the steps you CAN reach a live person. You can also check out http://www.britishexpats.com and http://www.visajourney.com for immigration/travel questions.

Sorry, the computer is acting up.

Here's my question:
I would love to do Disney cruise and I finally received my approval for getting in and out for US.
However, I am not sure what type of requirement is necessary for me to travel to international water.
As you can guess I am not a US citizen and my friend says that I have to be sure to have ALL my immigration paperwok all in order before I can go.
I know that I have to have a carribean/bahamas visa. But I also heard about a requirement which might be needed for traveling on International water.

If anyone could help I would appreciate it.

What sort of status do you have right now? Permanent residence? Resident Alien? What visa did you enter the country with?

Basically if you are in the US and you do NOT have your I-551 (Green Card) then *usually* leaving the US and returning will cause your status to be forfeited, even if you have an application (such as an I-485 Application to adjust status) pending with CIS. In this case, you can obtain "Advance Parole" by filing form I-131 with CIS. This will allow you to leave the US and return and not forfeit your status at present.

My familiy are from the UK, I do not know if this helps, but we have always needed a full passport to travel with DCL. You have to have a Visa waiver, or USA Visa in the passport and it is taken from you when you check in at DCL on the non USA check in line.

They hold your passport in custody throughout the cruise as you are considered in transit and you have to collect it early ( very early) on the last day from DCL and present to USA Immigration.

DCL provideds documents for all of the ports of cal land you have ot complete these before disembarking at the ports.

And regarding my status, my AP just got approved (YAY!).
So I am investigating what else I need to go on this cruise...
It's been my dream, but because of my status previously I couldn't.

Any help is appreciated.
