does any Cdn own in Windsor Hills?

we are thinking about buying a rental condo in windsor hills near wdw. just wondering if any other cdn has done this? and what their exps. have been like.

We own in Emerald Island, just a hop, skip, and a jump away. We need to rent 2 weeks per month to cover all expenses and the cost of our trips twice a year for checking up on the place, sometimes 3x a year. We just started renting mid-Aug, and we have 12 weeks booked for 2010 so far. I think the home will cover its expenses sooner than I thought it would.

I highly recommend going onto http://www.HomeAway.com for questions and answers for those contemplating renting out a vacation home. It's under the "Home Owners" section.

I don't regret buying down there one bit, even with ALL the hurdles!

My brother's family owns one in Windsor Palms, south of Indian Creek. We just got home from it last Friday and had an awesome time! Nice and close to the Disney Parks and easy access.
