does ALL of MK open at the same time?

It seems to me that on some days (maybe just EMH), Frontier and Adventurelands don't open until 10 am. Is that true or is the whole park open at 9am?

I'd hate to plan an itinerary with Splash and BTMRR first and then find out they're not open the first hour.

On EarlyMH hour days only those rides listed for EMH will be open! On non EarlyMH everything should be open...sometimes though I have noticed that the Jungle Cruise is not open that first hour.

Last couple trips Toon Town opened later than rest of park. There was a rope and they dropped it at 10 am.
