Does a first breakfast seating at CRT get you into the park early?

The lunch menu looks much better, and seems to be a better value with the 2 dining points for every meal, but then I was thinking that if I could get the earliest breakfast seating, we'd be that much further ahead of the crowds when the rides open--does it work like that? Or do you not finish until after rope drop anyway? If the rope drop people would be ahead of us anyway, I'd probably just do one of the earliest lunches or dinners. Any ideas? Thanks so much!

Actually, you'd probably be still eating when they let the rest of the guests in.

Anytime we've done an 8:05am breakfast in the parks, we've been done at least 10-15 min before 9am. There is a rope at the castle that you'll have to wait at until 9.

It depends- we usually include CP as one of our bfasts every trip. We get the 8:05. Sometimes we have been done about 10 minutes before rope drop having completed the circle of characters, sometimes we are done with breakfast but not all the characters have made it to our table (we now usually leave as the kids would prefer the rope drop most of hte time), sometimes we are still eating or waiting for the check. It just depends on crowds, how quickly you get seated, you get the picture;. Worst case scenario- you are about 10 minutes behind rope drop.
