Most people don't "understand" bus drivers, but that's ok

I was so glad to see that I haven't started slipping into some kind of sad, dark SAHM place. The Dee Dee thing has been driving me CRAZY this week. The camera won't stay on her long enough for me to tell if she is the same or not. I know the hoods are gone and the hair is different, but didn't Dee Dee have big dimples??! (Oh boy, does this make me sound sad!!) She sounds the same, but I can't tell.

We love the Doodlebops and the Wiggles.....I can't see what the fuss is about

i think it is a new dee dee,,,its soo hard to tell,,i looked real hard at her,lol,she is skinnier then the other dee dee,,maybe that is why they changed the haircut,,so we wouldn't or the kids wouldn't notice soo much that there is a new dee dee,,

ok. i am an official geek. i googled it - and it appears to be the same dee dee ... her name is lisa lennox...my girls have not mentioned it yet, but it was driving ME nuts trying to figure out if it was a new actress but it does not sound like if from what i was able to pull up online.

Everytime I see the DoodleBops they remind me of NYC Club Kids. I crack up with the dances because they are the same dances that the club kids do! I will admit that I still find them creepy even if they make me laugh! Oh- and my oldest ds LOVES Emeril! BAM!!!

Actually they are growing on me. DD4 and DS3 always seem to enjoy watching it -- their new fav though that has me wierded out are the WonderPets - I think is nick jr. They are creepy! And the episode about pee pee just cracked me up.

Thank you! It is my favorite picture from our vacation. There are others that are special, but this one just captured "that moment"
I definitely recommend having the camera handy and taking a whole bunch of pictures that capture the wonder of it all!

My DD2 also loves he Doodlebops... I have given up trying to change her mind and have learned to accept it!! It drove me crazy trying to figure out what was up with DeeDee also... I think the biggest difference is her hairstyle and she no longer has those fake ears (which were due to the face mask). They must have done well on the 1st season, gotten a bigger budget and decided to jazz up the show. new costumes, songs, makeup, characters etc.

I thought that it was a new Dee Dee. My 4 yo dd noticed the difference the second the show came on the other day. Dee Dee's old dress was an a-line really loose dress. Now she is in a very fitted dress. Her face looked different to me, but maybe the old mask thing just made her face look chubbier! I think that her shoes are different too. Now she is wearing knee boots. She used to wear Mary Janes didn't she? It's like they are trying to make her look more mature? Strange for a preschool show.

I thought she always wore the boots. I am not sure though I tend to tune out the strange shows my DD likes. The thing that bugs me the most is that these crazy songs stick in my head for days. BTW my DH likes to watch racheal Ray too!!

I agree with bkreitzel. I googled it too. I found a picture of Lisa Lennox (aka Dee Dee) without the costume. It looks like the same Dee Dee. She just looks really different without the hood and the new hair.

The reason they look different is they are not wearing the face masks anymore...They used to have a hood type thing that covered their ears and sort of framed their face. Now they just wear skin makeup. the costumes are also a little different. I was reading this on the Doodlebops website..(I know, how sad am I????) My 2yr old absolutely loves them. It is one of the few things he will sit still for. Them and Rachael Ray??!!!

My kids love Rachel Ray!! What is it about her??!!
