Documents/Luggage Tags

Only 22 more days until our very 1st cruise! Having a sleepless night and I started thinking about my pre-cruise checklist. Just realised that we haven't received any documents or luggage tags I've read about. Any idea when I should expect these items?

They are shipped 45-30 days prior to sailing, but it seems they sometimes are late. Also, if you used a TA, they will be shipped to her/his office. If you don't get them on time, don't worry. The only significant item is the luggage tags and they can provide blanks in port when you arrive.

Mine were shipped on 5-15 for our 6-7 cruise, Disney had to re send them to me and I got them 7 days before we leave. Thank god I didnt do WDW before the cruise. They cut that super close. I keep hearing how disney is sending them out closer to the cruise date.

I think it all depends. Ours were mailed 4/2 for a 6/11 cruise. I would call. They can tell you when they were sent and are happy to send out new ones for you in case they got lost in the mail.

I believe any of the necessary documents are available to print online or you can fill them out on arrival at the port. You can also get luggage tags at the port, or if you are flying same day, provide your claim-check coupons when you check-in for the DCL transfers.
