Documents/luggage tags for IGT/OGT/VGT?

I am sailing with family in about a month, and we have 5 cabins booked. Three of the cabins were booked on opening day, and have rooms assigned, so they already received their documents with the luggage tags.

Two other cabins (including mine) are VGT. We booked almost 3 months ago. One month out, and we do not have cabins assigned yet (we realize we have about 2 more weeks before we are assigned). Will we receive documents before we sail? If not, and we fly in and use Disney transportation, then this means we have to pick up our luggage upon arrival and take it with us to the DCL check-in at the airport, since DCL will not know that the luggage is heading for a cruise?

And just to clarify, I am flying in a few days early, but the other VGT room's family is flying in day off. They are not worried about any problems delaying their arrival on the day of the cruise. I, however, do not like to gamble, and always make sure to have at least one day cushion (and if we throw in an extra day at Disney, oh well, so be it! ).

It would be nice to know if the documents are going to arrive. Just makes the cruise feel all the more real!

You will recieve cruise docs as well as luggage tags but they will not have a cabin number written on them. You should recieve this soon. If you hit the 2 week mark and still haven't seen them I would give DCL a call.
