Finally got my mickey mail today and wonder if something is missing. All we got was a letter, the 2013 pocket guide and a book of discounts. No tags, maps, info on fp plus, tickets etc??

That's what we got too. Except we got our boarding passed and Magical Express tags as well. You might get a second letter

You won't get tickets. They are assigned when you arrive. Your letter should tell you everything you paid for. If it did and you have your voucher book you're good to go. Just give them your name at ME :)

Where do we get magic express tags then?

you don't

Magical express luggage service is not (not yet) available to non-US guests

You will need to get your bags from baggage claim at MCO and bring them to the Magical Express Counter, and take them with you on the bus.

Only US guests get the yellow tags and can have DME take care of the luggage pick up at MCO.
You just need to show up at the DME counter, tell them your name, and bring your luggage at the foot of the bus, the driver will load them in the hold, unload them at your hotel, and you'll need to bring them with you for check in.
From that moment, you can ask a CM from bell service to "drive" you to your room if you don't want to carry your bags yourself.

No DME tags if you're from the UK as far as I'm aware. Not an issue for me there's no way I'm letting my luggage go to be left unpacking at midnight.

That's our thoughts as well, happy to use ME but we will be taking our own cases with us!

I received my Mickey Mail a week ago with letter and paper vouchers with one for accommodation, one for meal plan, one is the $200 gift card promotion and a voucher for DME. The Little Big book of Magic and the Little Big Book of vouchers.

I also received four plastic Disney character luggage tags but these aren't anything to do with DME.

I got sent two packs on Thursday all contained the same thing flight confirmation, hotel confirmation, cruise document, 2 plastic luggage tags, discount booklet and the little big book of magic. It doesn't mention anywhere about the $150 gift card or magical express. Though magical express is showing up in MDE

We got ours today and all we got was a letter, 2023/14 guide & vouchers bit gutted we didn't get tags like others have

Where do you see magical express on mde? We have it but I haven't seen a conformation anywhere

Are you cruising first or heading to a resort as that may be why you don't have the DME voucher and is the 150 gift card an on board credit? If it's not an on board credit I would phone Disney and check your email confirmation as the promotion should be listed on your account.

I could be wrong but they seem to only send tags for flight inclusive. Only year we got tags was when we booked flights with them (though we were sent a file and had to print them ourselves to insert into the luggage tag holders - that was 2010)

Our package is flight inclusive and no cruise first. The documents were very disappointing. Just a letter and an out of date book. Oh well I am sure the trip will more than make up for it.
