documents/bands for disney stays

I have only just thought about this, but we are staying on-site Disney for weeks 3 & 4 of the holiday so,

what documents do you get from them before you travel?
Do you get the magic band at the hotel

If documents and magic bands are sent to you at your home address how long before your stay do they send them out?

I'm worried if they send anything out 2 weeks before our stay with them, we could already be there just on International drive

Not sure what documents as that depends on who you've booked through but as you live in the Uk your magic bands will be waiting for you at hotel reception. They do not deliver them outside of the US

Who have you booked with? WDTC sent ours about 4 weeks before but you could call and ask they sent early. The only things you need out of the pack are the voucher for gift card of you are due one and the voucher booklet for the discounts if you want to use them.

The magic bands will be waiting at the front desk for you when you arrive

We booked with WDTC and luckily do have the gift card deal. 4 weeks before staying there would be fine, but I think I will give them a ring just to make sure
