Document printing question

I have Microsoft Word and for whatever reason I can't get a bottom border to print. I have a Dell All-in-One 922 printer. I can't seem to find a way to get the bottom border (full page border) to print. I have reduced margins and that doesn't do anything. Any ideas?

It's not the software, but the printer probably.

Not all printers do edge-to-edge printing.

However, yours does do borderless photos. There is a special borderless option from one of the menus from the manual I looked at online.

I've had luck going under options and then changing it to "measure from text" rather than from bottom of page.
