I went scouring the internet looking for pictures of the Italy pavilion but then I remebered that the image of an angel becomes itself an angel so I stopped looking. They're terrifying and fascinating at the same time.

They seriously creep me out too, but now whenever I drive past a cemetery I look for a weeping angel. I am DETERMINED to find a weeping angel somewhere

Not long after the Weeping Angels episodes of the last season of Doctor Who, I was at my nan's house and she was all "come see my new statue" so I went out to see it and I was like "WHY DID YOU HAVE TO GET AN ANGEL STATUE NAN WHYYYYYYYYY?" It's so creepy lol.
