Do your schools have vacation next February-President's Day/Winter Vacation?

We're trying to plan our vacation next year, and don't want to run in to any school vacations (our kids are grown, so we're not always aware of them). Isn't there something for some schools next February-Presidents Day or Winter vacation in some schools? If your school has any vacation next February, please help me by letting me know here!

Our county in MD (Howard) has off President's day and the Friday before. The kids are also out 3 1/2 hours early that Wed & Thurs so many people pull their kids out of school.

Most schools in South La. don't get out for Pres. day. Instead we get out for Mardi Gras holidays. Sometimes this coincides with Pres. day. Mardi Gras is the day before Ash Wednesday, and schools are out mon.- wed. A lot of people plan vacations with their kids since it's usually a time when weather is nice down south. Skiing and WDW are the 2 most popular destinations.

Our vacation for Massachusetts is February 16 - 20.

The local colleges, including my employer, will be off the first week in March, 2004. See ya there!
