Do your fingernails have to match your toenails?

Yes. Mine are natural at all times. I quit using nail polish, even clear, when my nails were turning colors from the paint.

I usually have some bright color on my toes- right now it is OPI's India Mood for Love, but it will be Koala-Berry Pink on Saturday after my pedi. I do a stock job (lots of cardboard boxes!), so my fingernails don't stand a chance- they are naked. But, when I do my nails, I like to have a lighter shade that still coordinates with my toes. My toe polish is usually much brighter than what I would wear on my fingers, but I still want it to match a little.

Fingernails and toes never match. Toes can be wild but fingers need to stay subdued due to terping.

Nope. I almost never wear anything on my fingernails because it chips and gets screwed up almost immediately anyway, but almost always have my toenails painted.

I got new OPI polishes for Mothers Day and have navy blue on my toes and Lincoln Park after Dark on my nails. Bought 2 more new ones today at JcPenny's salon on clearance.

I like to do my toes after a shower and some lotion on them. So there clean and I either do matching toes and hands (currently went to a wedding with sandals) or natural fingers/french manicure fingers and painted toes.

I'm loving it too I painted my toes and fingers with OPI, "Italian Love Affair" and just love the color! I painted them Tuesday evening and have not had to touch them up once! I keep holding my hands out and staring at them.

BTW, just today I was flipping through the April "InStyle" magazine and there was an ad for OPI India collection and the model had a gold color on her toes and a hot pink color on her fingers. While I hated the gold (I wouldn't purposely want my nails to look yellow), I have decided that it would be fun to mismatch my feet and toes.

I know I sound like a real airhead but hey, I'm on summer break from college and this is a real treat for me. So, yeah I know this isn't the most earth shattering thread.

Mine match. I feel like I'm crooked when they are not the same. I love French mani-pedis, but my nails chip more.

Currently, I have on OPI's Dancing in the Isles...it is the prettiest pink I've seen in a long time.
