Odd. I just recently renewed our passes and when I ordered MagicBands over the weekend, those 7 solid colors showed as free. I ordered one of the premium bands instead for $15.

Make sure to scroll all of the way to the bottom of the "My Magic Bands and Cards" section until you reach "Affiliation". I just ordered my daughters blue AP magic band yesterday and it was free.

I hope they do get rid of it and make discounts work everywhere but outdoor vending like at Disneyland without having to pay to get the discounts.

Yes, I too would like to know why you want it discontinued? Why would you want to take something away from those of us who want it? You don't have to buy it but others see the value in the program so don't wish for it to be cancelled. It's a 20% discount on the entire bill including beverage (includes adult beverages). It's a great value for those of us who travel for longer periods of time and it gives the ability to get two tripor more from one membership fee. I truly hope it comes back, if your happy with a 10% discount that doesn't include adult beverages that is fine with me but please don't wish my good deal away. Thanks!

They were painfully slow during the Covid closing last year. It was awhile before they announced what members could do with points from cancelled reservations.
