Do you wear leather pants?

I'm not making a judgement, but I just saw a woman who had to be in her mid 70s wearing leather pants.

Do you? And if so - is there a cut off date? (like how "What not to Wear" says no more mini skirts after 35)

UUUMMMMMMM, NO! Now you have the image of the lead singer from 'LOVERBOY' in my head...red leather pants topped off by terry cloth head band....I do not think leather pants work for someone in their 70's. Anice leather purse and shoes, yes....coat, probably....pants, no. Suede, maybe, but leather.....not seeing it as pretty.

I dont care how old somebody is I think they look bad on just about anyone.

Im not 35 yet but I stopped wearing mini skirts years ago. Its just not my thing.

I don't think I've ever worn leather pants, but I had a black leather miniskirt for years. I gave it up just before I hit 30 though.

Actually ive seen some older woman wear them at my church and look very nice in them. Not tight at all and very well made. All of these ladies are very wealthy so the quality of their clothes is awesome.
I havent worn leather pants in a about 3 yrs , but yes did wear them when they were more popular, they dont seem to be quite the trend right now.
I loved them and got compliments from every one, men and woman. If they come back in around here again and my butt still looks good in them, you can guarantee that i will be wearing them lol.

All I can think of is the episode of Friends when Ross bought the leather pants for his date following his and Emily's break-up. He was sweating in them and went into the date's bathroom and called Joey for help. Joey told him to baby powder himself then when that didn't work he told him to try lotion.

I had a pair of leather pants when I was going thru a phase. In my defense, drugs and alcohol played a big part in the decision to get them. Also it was 25 years ago so I have paid my debt to society.

That was so funny! Another good reason for never ever wearing leather pants!

Okay there is a lady here in our town she is almost 90yrs. old yes I said 90 yrs old. She wears leather pants and mini-skirts, Deep clevage shirts, 4in. heels, fish net hose. Sometimes she would even wear crop top style shirts. She also wears a wig.

I have to admit it she looks good! She is totaly self-confident. No one would guess she is close to 90yrs.

I wish I could pull that kind of stuff off. THe only thing im proud of is that i dont wear mom jeans.

LOL!! I was just about to post that! It was great when he trys to pull them up with lotion all over his hands, loses his grip and smacks himself in the head.

I would not. There are a few people who can pull it off. Those who can, it's usually the very soft expensive leather and they don't wear them skin tight.
