In trying to stay away from wheat I decided to give quinoa a try. I cooked it for lunch with some frozen vegetables, and added a vegetable flavor boost packet. It's pretty good. 
So, if you use quinoa how do you prefer to cook it and what, if any, add-ins do you use?
