Do you use embellishments on each and every page, or

Do you use stickers/embellishments of some sort on each and every page, or do you ever have those pages that there is just nothing extra to put on them?

I have several sets of everyday type pictures that I just don't have anything extra to decorate the pages with. I'm thinking field day, school speech competition, school spring program, etc.

What do you do on pages like that? I usually end up using plain squares or something, but I'm wondering what others use? Disney pages are easier because a Mickey head punch always works for that!

With all the embellishments I have, I should use something on EVERY page I do, but I don't. 85% of the time, it's paper and cardstock...with something cut out of the Cricut.

nope, sometimes the pictures are enough or if I'm using patterned paper or several layers of paper.

I use my swap items on many many pages but I have no problem not using an embellishment on a page either. If you have lots of plain pages maybe look into the next school swap as well as when we have another color or everyday swap- you can also look at past ones for ideas of embellishments you can use.

Usually I have something for every page. If there's nothing really that coordinates, then some ribbon or brads to add some dimension to the page.

Nope. I have loads of pages with just pics and pattern paper. and most of the time i dont even mat my photos I know, i like the simplicity of it

Many of my pages are "naked" just the page (creative memories) and the photos and maybe a journal box or bullet point journaling. I like simple pages with more emphasis on the photos than the embellishments. However, I've been doing challenges and swaps and I'm putting more "stuff" on more pages now

I've been trying REALLY hard to use some embellishments - but it's an effort. I have tons of 'stuff' but usually end up with paper and cardstock and not much else. Seem to be more likely to embellish in my teddy bear's books - she likes Bling!

The last scrapbook I did have embellishments on every page, but they were the "theme" of the scrapbook. I took a mickey icon punch and cut mickey heads out of different paper to fill in the blank spaces between photos. Pop Century Resort photos had argyle for the 50s, tie dye for the 60s, paisley for the 70s, glitter black for the 80s and camflage for the 90s. The Epcot pages were all the topiarys of the Flower/Garden show so they all had floral mickey heads. Jammin Jungle Parade had animal print and Nemo had water mickey heads. Celebrate Parade had confetti heads.

Sometimes I just do simple pages with just patterned paper and photos but mostly I will have some kind of embellishment usually flowers or even a stamp here and there.
