Do you think you'll move again?

Almost certainly we'll move again. No need to move to another place in this city, but I still want to get to Florida, or at least closer to it.:)

YES! I live in NE PA and I hate the COLD weather! Due to family obligations I am here for now......but first chance I get I am going SOUTH!:thumbsup2

YES! And I can't wait for the day to finally come when we finally own our own home!

We lived in an apartment for the first 3 years of our marriage. Our last year there was the year DS4 was born. After we moved out, we moved in to my FIL's house. DH loves it b/c he grew up there. Me, I can't stand not having an attic or closet space. As it is, the whole downstairs needs to be completely upgraded! None of that has been done in well over 30 years!

I'd love to. dh...he is content right where we are. I hate the cold weather and I drive 80 miles ea. way to work...I do love our house and schools etc...but I want to move to a warmer climate for sure. I'll have to work on dh for that one though.

One of these days, yes I will. As a child we moved alot. 10 times in 15 years. When I moved out of my parents house, I moved 5 times in 5 years. So when I bought my first house, I wanted to STAY! I have been here 7 years and have no real plans to move out of it. It's fine for just me.

I would love to sale and move to Ireland or Scotland, but only if I win the mega lottary!

I highly doubt it. I spent most of my life moving and I hate it and I love, love, LOVE my house.

I wouldn't sell it even if we won the lottery. Now, I might buy other houses in warmer parts of the country and be a snowbird but, I really don't want to move away from this house completely.

Yes, we plan on moving in about 5 yrs. We like our house a lot in general, but we really want something with a little more space between us & our neighbors. Hard to find around here as everyting is developed. We just know deep down this isn't where we want to live the rest of our lives. DD's school is so close though, so I don't know what we will do. We have the house exactly as we like it, so I would hate to start everything all over again. :confused3

We're military, so I guess the answer is, uh, YES! We've already lived in four different states in five years, and we're on the "list" for moving again, since we've been here three years almost. DH requested to stay another year, though, so I'm hoping we will! Although I really like his second choice base!

Yes..we will move...it is CERTAIN. We are hoping for 2.5 more years here, then back to Oklahoma or Texas until the youngest graduates from High School in 2018. Wow! That would be 9 years in one location! That would be a record for us! We have moved every 3-6 years since DH started working.

We have no idea where we will want to retire. Hopefully we can have more than one place...I'd love to be near WDW....a girl can wish!

We are in the process right this very minute of trying to buy our first house.

It's tiny but it would be our space!!!

Good luck to all the others who are in the process of moving!!

I love my little bungalow but it's just not big enough for a family. Right now it's just me so I have no reason to move. If at some point in the future I ever get married and start a family, I can't see staying here long.

We will definitely be moving one more time. When we bought our house (10 years ago) we had four children living at home. We're now down to 1 in college, 1 graduating high school this year (and moving to NC after graduation) and 2 at home. We bought a big house (5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms) and once all the kids are gone we plan to downsize. I'm tired of cleaning it!

WE just moved into our Dream Home in September - we built it ourselves and we have three kids - one was not even conceived when the project began. I have no intention of EVER moving!!!
You can't replace the memories from the build I love the land, the town and the house.

Although DH sometimes talks about leaving and heading to Florida.
I say that is good for a second home ;)

Our new house is a decent size so we wouldn't have to move, but I'd like to upgrade eventually.

The move this summer will be my fourth in 6 years :headache:

I currently live in the SF Bay Area, but come August I'm moving to San Diego for a few months to help with my brothers wedding, then I'm off to Sydney Australia, as that's where my girlfriend is from. I'm excited, so yes, I would move again. :)

Yes, I think we will move again and I am excited about it.

I was born and raised in Hawaii and lived there for 19 years, then off to college in WA state and stayed for 11 years, 1 year in Oklahoma, and then here in Virginia for the past 9 years.

My parents and my MIL are getting older plus I plan to head my parent's moving company (if they can't for some reason) or have my own career and be heavily involved in volunteering and social causes. Mostly, though, it's because our parents are getting older and I want to go back.

I look forward to moving back to Hawaii or at least the West Coast.

Hopefully we will pretty much be able to stay here for the rest of our lives, but there are days when I wouldn't mind downsizing to a nice condo complex that we have in our town. So who knows???

I also wouldn't mind being a snowbird.
