She has unusual features, but she is striking. Her eyes are gorgeous, has beautiful skin and great bone structure. I think she's a great actress on Sex in the City. That show would have gone nowhere fast had she not been in the lead. She's way too skinny, but that's Hollywood.

I voted for yes, but I'm really with whoever said two-faced. Some days on SATC she was absolutely gorgeous. Other days, she was struggling - but I'm blaming that crazy stylist of hers. As someone in the Kinky, Curly Hair Club, we have great days and we have frighteningly awful days. It's too bad she didn't have 100% great days with all that expertise standing behind her.

Overall, I think she was fantastic in SATC, she's definitely amazing looking and would KILL for that body!

I am so glad that no one does a poll like this for me (I hope). It sure must be hard to have a passion for the arts, and have to be scrutinized all of the time. I wonder if there is anything like this for teachers or accountants. Or SAHM - can you imagine if the local newspapers ran polls like this for moms in the PTA? People can say that celebrities know what they're getting into when they choose the professions, but i doubt that a teenager who finds great thrill in theater class and decides to continue to purse acting, ever thinks about this type of stuff.

And I've never understood all the hype around her 'fashion sense'. If someone else wore the things that she does the media would slam them for it.

Same goes for Kelly Osbourne (or is it Osborne?) over here in the UK. If she wears something weird and outrageous she's being 'unbelievably fashionable', but if someone like Christina Aguilera wears the same thing then it looks 'stupid'.

But, back to SJP's looks... no, I don't think she's pretty, or attractive, but I do think she is rather striking. But beauty is very much in the eye of the beholder.

Do you actually think that when SJP started acting as a child, that she thought "I know what I want to do - earn lots of money being a night time soap star". She sang, danced and acted all her life (two of those things your dear old AL can't do). So yes, she had a passion. Just because she does comedy, doesn't make her less of an actor. If you ask most actors, comedy is harder than drama to perform. ANd your remark about how hard it is to be a millionaire - well just because someone earns more money than you, doesn't mean that their life can't be hard. I suppose someone who earns less than you do can assume the same thing about you. I'm sure there are plenty of millionaires who are miserable (including actors). I would think that even though she earns a lot of money, it must be difficult not being able to take your kid to WDW and have a "normal" vacation like we do. Money can buy lots of things, but sometimes it can't buy you privacy.

She's not ugly, but she's not the most pretty girl in the world.

I think she was the prettiest in the SATC episode where Miranda has her baby. She went out with Big, and there she was SO pretty. At other times, she's horsy. And she has the most awful legs. They are too skinny and O-shaped!
