Do you think FD will open to public for summer?

I have a trip booked for August (17-24). I had received the pin code for 20/30/40% and used this to book 2 rooms at CBR. I haven't received the code for FD and I have decided not to stress myself out about this b/c I was lucky to get the first pin code! But, do you think they will eventually offer it to the public like they have done in the past?

Yes, I do think FD will be offered to the public for after August 15th. Although I dont think it will run as long as 2009.

You will only be allowed one dicount-- either the FD or the 40% off you will not be able to use both discounts.

I hope they offer it! I will save more money with the free dining than with the discount at CBR!

I'm hoping that they do the later part of the year, like the last 2 years ( I got PINS both times). We aren't going in March this year, and I am hoping to talk DH into Early Dec...if the price is right, of course.

I agree. I've been saying that because of the UK free dining offers and the bounceback free dining that was offered last fall that free dining for the GP would definitely be offered. Now with these PINs I'm thinking maybe not. What concerns me is that the bounceback offer allowed the basic DDP at all level of resorts, but the PIN is only offering the counter service plan at Values. I already have bounceback free dining, plus I'm staying at a moderate anyway, so it doesn't affect my trip, but I know it will others.

I got a pin for QSD during normal free dining. I suspect they will release to the general public like previous years, but I think it will be tiered like a previous poster said: QS for Values and DDP for moderate/deluxe resorts. We made it work anyway but I had to make some changes and add 3 OOP TS meals that we really wanted.

I would lld be fabove free dining.... but I make out better at the deluxes with the 40% OFF. WE NEED A LARGER ROOM DH wants it....ah FD would be fab

REALLY hoping for FD for our AUgust Poly stay since it does not seem I will get a pin.
FD would be a slightly better deal since we are 4 adults and 1 child

That is my fear also that with all of these free dining pins they wont offer to the public or may be very limited. We got a bounceback free dining for August but then my daughter decided she wants to make a reservation at a value resort with her friend, so now Im on pins & needles hoping for a pin for them for free dining.

This is what I suspect as well. What would be the point of sending out a special pin for QSDP at the values, only to turn around and offer a general public code regular free dining.

All those that already booked would try to switch ASAP.
