I have to admit it. I not only talk in my sleep but I have conversations!

Its a good thing I dont keep any secrets from dh ( except for his Birthday present! ;) ) because I would SURELY blab them in all in my sleep!

I woke him up the other night with a huge list of things that needed to be said. I remember it being VERY important, I asked him the next morning what I said and he said " something about terrorists and ice cream...."

He also says I have a LOT to say in the middle of the night.

so do YOU talk in your sleep?

If I watch Cold Case Files then I talk about what ever case I have seen . My Dh wont let me watch when he is home from the station . LOL

If I didnt see the video he made of me I wouldnt have believed it

I've done it a couple of times, but not anymore (as far as I know). My sister has conversations in her sleep though. If you ask her a question about what's happening in her dream, she'll answer it and never even wake up.

I don't, but my younger sister did. One night she was beating the crap out of me {her pillow}. I still laugh at that one.

not only do I talk in my sleep, sometimes I walk in my sleep!

yes. I sleep talk, walk, and once I woke up and I had dialed a phone number in my sleep. Once I woke up at the computer... Once I woke up half way down the stairs.

My DH constantly has conversations while he's sleeping, it's pretty funny to watch! he has even sat up in bed and talked to himself for quite a while, pointed his finger, made hand gestures etc .. :rotfl:

I don't but a few of my siblings do, and they would freak me out when I was a kid.

Once though, it was really freaky, but funny. My brother was sleeping in one bedroom in the back of the house, and my sister was sleeping in the bedrrom in the front of the house. There is no hallway, because the house I grew up in used to have an apartment on the 2nd floor. So when you got to the top of the stairs, you were in a big room(was the kitchen) with the rooms off of it. We called it the "middle room". My mom and I were in the middle room when we heard my brother say something in his sleep. It sounded like a question. Next thing we know my sister is talking, then my brother again. Mom and I stopped what we were doing and listened. THEY WERE TALKING TO EACH OTHER! It was really neat, and funny!

When I got older, and not so scared of sleep talking, I would ask them questions, and they would answer! LOL

I know I don't talk in my sleep, but when i was in labor with my 1st born, they gave me something to "take the edge off", it knocked me out. I do remember my DH waking me up and I said "90 in the Church" :confused3

You win. The phone number scared me though, because I was talking to them before I woke up. When I woke up I was like..."hello" they said, "shelby, are you ok?" I got scared and said, "who is this!" and they said, "Shelby, you call me at 11:30, start talking, and two hours later you ask me who it is!? It's (insert person here)!" I told her what happened and she is still laughing at me.

My dd4 walks in her sleep sometimes. It creeps me out. She walked into the wall once.

My friend once woke up while she was running around the kitchen table. Another time, she walked down the stairs and out of the house.

My dh occasionally walks or talks in his sleep. One time he peed in our kitchen garbage can! He also woke me up in the middle of the night once to tell me that we didn't have to let the dogs outside anymore, because he had programmed them into the remote control to only go when their button was pushed. When I told him that he was insane he told me, "Well if Robert DeNiro did it, you wouldn't make fun of him!" When I told him what he did the next morning, he had no recollection. He doesn't do this often, but it makes for amusing stories. :)

I do, but it's all nonsense. Chris is the same way. He'll mutter something and I'll ask him to repeat it. I usually don't understand it. It's probably the same with me.

I do not. But my DS 3 years old does. We are going for a sleep study soon for sleep apnea. Sometimes his talking scares me when I hear him through the monitor.

No, but I laugh in my sleep all the time. :teeth: Sometimes it's a soft "heh heh heh", sometimes it's a full, loud as anything belly laugh, but whenever I laugh, I always wake myself up. :confused3 Sometimes the soft, "heh heh heh" sounds a bit weird and spooky too! :earseek:

One time I was having a dream I was a lawyer in court, I woke myself up by writing, using my fingers as a pen, on the sheet/mattress. :teeth:

I only ever walked in my sleep twice, both times when I was around ten years old. Once I walked into the hall, looked at both my parents in the living room, then fell down sound asleep. Another time I walked out to the kitchen, sat down and had a conversation with my mother, who was ironing at the time. :teeth:
