Do you still receive pin codes after booking a ressie?

Hi! My dh and I received a pin code for the 20/20/40% discount and booked at POP for late August. I was really hoping to switch to free dining if and when it's offered to GP. Now, I hear people getting free dining pin codes which worries me that it won't be offered to GP or if it is, it will be only QS dining for values. Did I shoot myself in the foot by booking? Will I still get pin codes even tho I'm booked already for August?

I don't think you shot yourself in the foot, you can always change your ressie as long as its not within that 45 day period.

And yes, you can get a pin even though you already have a ressie. I am already booked for a free dining bounceback from last August and I got the free dining pin today.

My bounceback is the better deal because I'm staying at ASMu with the regular dining plan. Good Luck!!

I booked a trip January 15th, got an email with a pin code today. The pin is from 6/4-8/14 and its $68 a day per person for room/single park tickets at value for 5n/6d.

We are booked for the middle of April with the 40% off and today I just got a pin for 30% off from May thru August, I think. You just never know.

PHEW!! Good to know. Altho now, I'm wondering if values will only be offered QS free dining in August, if I should change to a moderate and have free full dining. UGH - I'm getting a headache and it's still almost 7 months away.

I get PINS all the time after booking! I seem to get more after booking than beforehand, so don't worry, you'll be fine! And you know you can always call a CM just to check if you have one by your name , Good luck!

I have a trip booked for December, 2010. I received a pin yesterday that is good from May to August 14, 2010. Obviously, cannot be applied to the trip that is booked.

I was getting pins all the time before I booked in early January. Since I booked I haven't received anymore pins. My bf who is traveling with me with a different e-mail address received the free dining pin last night for Aug-Oct. too bad we are traveling in June!

I already had my reservation booked on Monday , and Wed. I got 2 pins one for buy 3 get 4th free wich was good till middle aug. and l one for free dinning good till beginning Oct. I was so excited I booked the Free regualr dinning for all 10 nights of our stay. So the answer is YES if you have a reservation booked you can still get pin codes even after.

I had booked a trip on a pin code I got 20% and just yesterday got a pin code for free quick service plan in Sept. I don't think the computer realizes that you have made a reservation, so I think you can still get them after booking!

I've heard this is a marketing ploy. So you book a room. You can still cancel it and get your money back. Maybe you booked it but you're having buyer's remorse. Maybe it's not exactly the deal you wanted, but you figured you'd better strike while the iron is hot.

By sending you OTHER pin codes, they're encouraging you to think about the options in going and not spend any time thinking about the option of NOT going or going elsewhere. The're upping the odds you won't back out of your Disney Vacay.

I just made my rezzies and will be very surprised if I don't get some PINs.

We booked last year's Spring Break vacation the Aug. prior and got a couple of PIN offers after we booked....each one better than the last. And that was during the Buy 4 / Get 3 deal last year. I'm starting to feel like we should just book just so I can get a deal for that timeframe (Nov '10) b/c everything I keep gettting ends in the summer (ha ha ha) ....reverse psychology!
