Usually, no, I sleep on my side which I think helps.

I’ve discovered that if I lie on my back, no pillow, THEN I snore! Can't help it!

When sleeping on my back, yes. When sleeping on my side, no.

I do a bit, if I'm overtired a lot!! We bought an adjustable bed and it's been heavenly. DH starts snoring up goes the bed!! Helps me out as well.

Not anymore. I was Dx w/sleep apnea so I use a CPAP.
Ever since then I don't make a peep.

My wife tells me I do, once in a while. Her complain is that I normally breath very quietly. She can feel me breathing, but can't hear me. My Doctor always asks if I have any symptoms of sleep apnea, and I always tell him what my wife says, but then he gets concerned that my breathing is stopping. It isn't, steady and quiet.

I've been told I snore. A few weeks ago, I was getting some dental work done and my dentist noticed that my tongue wants to fall back and block my throat. She suggested I get evaluated for sleep apnea, so I saw my doctor last week and she put in a referral to the sleep clinic. Luckily I won't have to sleep there. My sister went through the procedure a few years ago and said they give you equipment to take home and test yourself for a night. Then you take it back and they read the data.

I started using a cpap about 8 years ago (moderate apnea). I was not aware sleep apnea was reversible until earlier this year. Sleeping soundly without a cpap for several weeks now. Not having any of the issues that were present pre apnea diagnosis (sleep paralysis, heart palpitations, poor sleep, extremely tired, etc.). My sleep scores are as good or better than they were with a cpap. O2 saturation and pulse are within normal range during sleep.

According to my husband, both me and my daughter hum in our sleep in a way that it sounds like a very soft song playing. It's been going on since she was a baby, so this poor guy hasn't gotten a good night's sleep in 18 years.

WOW. How did it get reversed?
