Do you snore?

And if so, have you ever tried those "breath-rite" strips to stop it? I sound like a log truck some nights....my poor DH! Just wondering if this works!


With my luck I probably have some sleep disorder...I think it is hereditary, my house sounded like a hornet's nest at night when I was growing up! Thanks, mom and dad!

I turned into a snoring machine when I was prego with DD. I tried the Breathe Right strips and amazingly, they really worked. DH had been sleeping in our guest room b/c my snoring has gotten so bad,a nd then when I started using the strips he could actually come back to our room!
