Ever since i discovered the Sephora shop in Downtown Disney:), i have been pretty much *inlove* to say the least with about everything in the store(well not the mens products). I have also know discovered smashbox comsetics.:cheer2:

am i the only Sephora freak?
;)

No, you're not the only one. I swore I wasn't going to get hooked on that store, particularly since I rarely wear makeup. But, one day, I developed a lipgloss fixation. Then, I discovered some of their perfumes were nice. Then, I picked some Smashbox items. Now I'm a Sephora VIB. I've had to restrict myself from visiting the DTD Sephora (any Sephora actually) and I do not allow myself to open their emails anymore. Not a good place to be around, when I'm trying to get out of credit card debt!!

If you sign up for the sephora beauty insider you get a gift at your birthday month and in dec you usually get a 'giftcard' or coupon for $15-$20 off a purchase.

I love sephora. I spend way too much at this store and I don't wear makeup at all

I found the best skin care regimen at Sephora. I now use Philosophy exclusively. I also found Buxom Lips by Bare Ecentules...or however you spell it there. Love the Buxom Lips.

I ask for gift cards for my birthday and Christmas. I have loved everything I have bought there.

Sephora addict here. But I am holding out buying right now as I am not a fan of the freebies I'll get when I reach my limit on the insider card.
I just bought nail polish.
Oh and you have to try the Smashbox eyeshadow base. It's my favorite item.

Another Sephora fan here! Philosophy and Smashbox are my favorite lines... :lovestruc

There is a Sephora at Downtown Disney? When did that open? I don't remember seeing anything other than Basin at Downtown Disney. I love Sephora and that would be awesome to combine the makeup addiction with my WDW addiction. :cloud9:

They must be talking about Downtown Disney in CA - not FL. Though that would be GRAND!

I'm a Sephora fan, can't walk in that place without dropping tons of money!

I love Sephora! They have the best selection of those Philosophy 3-in-1 products of anywhere I've seen. It's probably lucky for me that there isn't one where I live, or I'd be in there all the time. As it is, there are a couple of them under two hours away, so I get to go there fairly often. I'm heading there tomorrow, as a matter of fact. The new Pineapple-Coconut Philosophy 3-in-1 is calling my name!

Love Sephora! I did a lot better before they put one in about a mile from my house.

Love Love Love Sephora. I am a Philosophy girl for all skin care and fragrance and Bare Escentuals for all make up :) I was so very happy when they opened up in the mall that is 45 minutes away.

No, don't stop buying!! :scared1: You don't HAVE to cash in your points, you can always bank them if you don't want what they are currently offering.

I LOVE Sephora - that's my treat to myself at the end of every week. I haven't tried philosophy, though, because I currenlty use Lancome skin products. I've been using them for years, so maybe it's time to branch out and try something new. Which products, specifically, do you recommend? Any good cleansers or moiusturizers?

I love the Philosophy skin care. I actually have to go to Sephora to get some more Purity made simple and I love their body washes! Best scents ever!! DH gets me a gift card for Sephora every Christmas.

My Costco now has smashbox cosmetics...

Oh, and there doesn't seem to be a Sephora in Downtown Disney/Florida.

agnes!

No, only in California. But for those who drive or rent a car in Orlando, there is one at the Florida Mall!

so i guess i am NOT the only sephora addict! good to know! I feel the same way as everyone else, can't walk by it with out going in it, and it's located across from basin in down town disney,ca. next to the jamba juice! we can help each other overcome our sephora spending habits...NOT!! anyhow so i discovered sephora when i needed new perfume and macy's just seemed to jack the price up by 9 dollars, well so i wondered into sephora one day and that is how the love affair started! And then i switched to the STILA one step makeup foundation cause my cover girl foundation would make me break out in the baddest way possbile, stila doesn't do that to me, i currently am still using it and LOVE IT! anyhow so then i startd buying the shower and bath bubbles in choclate espresso--it's yummy smelling. and then last week, i needed (well not that i needed but wanted to) get a new eye shadow, and i was told to try smashbox! So i bought one of the little ones,in sable. you know what i love it and it STAYS on all day! oh and to add more fuel to the flame, i am now in love with the new kim kardashian perfume, its awesome!!

:)

ok. around how much do you spend in one shopping trip to sephora??;) i wanna know if what i spend in one trip is too high or not :)

I love Sephora! Unfortunately, there isn't one anywhere near me, so I either shop online or go to the one across from Macys in Manhattan.
I usually average about $80 a visit, I'm more into perfume than the make up. But now that I am unemployed, no more Sephora or Manhattan in the forseeable future. :guilty:

yum-i am going to try the chocolate shower and bubble bath. who makes that? :)

I tend to do 2 large shopping trips a year (i don't wear much makeup, but DD wears make up for dance) the large trips are about $500 each. I have about 3-4 smaller trips and those are morein the $75 or less range.

I LOVE Caudalie skin care products - they were recommended by an esthetologist friend of mine. She actually is a big believer in using items from different lines and not buying into the product lines put out by companies. I use a Caudalie daily foaming cleanser, use a Clinique 7 day scrub 1-2 times a week, and a Kiehls facial moisturizing cream. Works for me! (Sephora doesn't carry Kiehls; I get it at Neimans).
