Do you run hot or cold?

I used to be cold all the time, but hot flashes put an end to that. Now I have to leave throws all over the house so my family doesn't freeze to death; better that than my stripping down, I tell them.

I run hot. I'm in the age range where I enjoy my own "private summers".

My wife's normal temp is 96 something which makes my normal 98.6 hot. But I've got used to the covers being on the bed diagonally... and so on...

I'm always cold--drives dh nuts, as he's just the opposite. Just like Heat Miser & Snow Miser.

I'm always cold especially at work and actually at home when the ac is running, I always tell people that I am a "fridgid" young woman and that when I finally have hot flashes I will probably be "normal!"

Myself and my kids are always hot and my DW is always cold mind you she has low iron and we figure that is why.

I run kind of cold but not too bad. DH runs hot. DD is just normal. DS is always cold though. When he was a newborn he couldn't regulate his temp well. He was born in July and at 4 days old, in a sleeper wrapped in a blanket and a knit hat his temp was 95 degrees. He is three now and is still always cold. Going swimming is torture for him.

Usually cold, but I also can't stand the heat. This summer's hot and humid weather nearly killed me. I love Disney World, but I could never live there...way too hot in the summer months! The way I look at it is, if you're cold, you can always put on another layer, but if you're hot, there's only so far you can go...please!

I am pretty average. But it seems I have always frezzing in the winter no matter how bundled up I am, and I am always sweating in the summer even with AC. Go figure.
