Do you run hot or cold?

We were just discussing this in the office.

I'm always cold. I'm always bundled up and have 2 or 3 layers--even in the summer because the A/C is always set too low for me at work.

DH runs hot. He's great to hang around with in the winter time but sometimes in the summer I have to ask him to please not sit so close to me.

My DH and I are just the opposite of you...I'm always warm and he's always cold!

I'm always cold. DH is always snickering at me (it could be 80 degrees out and I feel chilly). However, these past few weeks, I been feeling warm when everyone else is OK. I'm too young to be "changing."

It seems as though I am always cold. Could it have something to do with living up here in the frozen tundra? Probably not, because even when I'm in Florida I don't like the air conditioning. I LOVE warm, sunny fresh air!!!

My husband always cranks up the air conditioning in hotels especially if we're in a warm climate, and when he isn't looking I turn it down. I prefer ceiling fans and outdoor breezes.

I leave a sweater here at work (even during the summer) and have a little heater under my desk...actually thinking of turning it on today.

for those who are always cold...thyroid can be an issue.

That's true. However, I've been this way my whole life-- I've always been pretty thin and my doctor tells me if I want to be warmer, I need more meat on my bones.

I'm very cold. Any place under 85 degrees and I'm wearing a sweater/sweatshirt.

Even in the middle of summer, DH will remind me to bring a jacket or a sweatshirt when we go out to dinner or to the movies. DD used to laugh at me but now she brings a sweatshirt to the movie theatre, too!

I run pretty warm.

I will wear short sleeved shirts and shorts unless the temperature falls below 45 degrees outside. I rarely wear a coat - even if the temperature is below 32, I wear a light jacket.
