Do you remember your first...

My first real drink was when I was 13 and I ditched school with about 3 or 4 of my friends. We went to one of my friend's house and she made us all Fuzzy Navels. I still don't know how she knew how to make them :confused3
Afterwards, I remember walking home in a daze and going straight to sleep.

I remember plenty of nights drinking Boone's Farm Strawberry Hill. I don't know why guys always bought that drink for girls. When my girlfriends and I started buying our own alcohol (still underage) we would buy (I'm embarrassed to say) Maddog 20/20 Strawberry Banana. Now that stuff is disgusting.

Kahlua straight at age 17, about 10 ounces worth, followed by many hours hugging the porcelain god.

I was 13 and I spent the summer with my granny. She let me drink Bartles and James, it was peach.

Aside from stealing a sip of my dad's Heineken when I was young (like really young) it was vodka. I remember thinking hey it looks like water, it must taste like water and i took a big gulp. That was a nice surprise.

I would have wine at some Sunday dinners as a young teen but my "real" drink was a Screwdriver at 18 and yes I was legal here in Michigan at the time. :)

8 years old, sip of Coors, given to me by a family friend.

I still have a guilty love of a Coors on a hot hot day. :)

Oh, MORE than a sip. I see.

Well, we continued to have sips of things b/c my mom worked at a winery...

So I guess probably half a Budweiser in high school at a cast party.

13 in my best friend's driveway while her parents were out to dinner.

Her dad drank a bit too much that night and went straight to bed when they got home. When he came outside the next night to the fridge in the garage (where they always kept their alcohol) and saw all the beer that was gone he said "Man, I must be building up a tolerance if I drank all that beer and don't feel worse than this!"

We still laugh about it to this day. (We also made daquiris with it that night, they tasted like bubble gum!)

whiskey

a sip out of my friend's mom's bottle

8th grade...13

i thought i was going to die

that's why i won't take nyquil

I was about 15-years-old, it was a wine cooler of some sort, and coincidentally, it was by the pool at All-Star Music. My mom slipped me one in my resort mug... we're bad, bad people! :cool2:

A Bacardi and Coke given to me at age 14 by my Algebra teacher at a cast party!

I was 19. I had a date to go to the baseball game with this girl I really liked. She cancelled on me at the last minute. I compensated for the rejection by getting drunk for the first time in my life. Had a blast. I have a picture of it. :drinking1

I think I have you all beat - I was 5 :scared1: :rotfl: . My parents had a cocktail party at our house and I came down to say goodnight. People were drinking whiskey sours and they looked good with all the pretty fruit in them. So I picked someones up and before anyone could stop me I downed 1/2 of it - it tasted pretty good to me and I couldn't understand why all the grownups were yelling :confused3:rotfl2: .

I was 12 and my sister (who is 7 years older than me) bought alcohol for all of my friends while my parents were out of town. I drank half a bottle of Riunite - yuck!!!!!

Jenny:)

my 1st drink was actually when I turned 21. I was such a darn goodie-goodie. Actually, i think i was more scared of what my parents would do to me if i drank underage.

Anyway, my 1st drink was at Old Chicago (Restaurant) and I didn't know what I wanted so they gave me a strawberry lemonade with vodka in it. That's all i knew i wanted... VODKA! lol

it was GOOD STUFF.... i've tried a ubnch of drinks since then, but my favorite was BY FAR the sex on the beach i had new years eve when my friends and i went clubbin...... heaven in a glass:)

My Mom and her best friend let her best friends daughter and me share a wine cooler when we were in 8th grade.

OMG what a memory you brought to the surface for me!

I was 17 and got falling-down plastered on home-made dandelion wine. I was at a graduation party in a small town in upstate NY, where some people are really like hillbillies. The guy who made the drinks used a pencil to mix them! And stupid me drank and drank until the next think I remember was throwing up in a corn field being held up by my two sisters. It was disgusting, and it was YEARS until I was brave enough to touch alcohol again! I'm happy to report I'm over it now.;)

I was 16, double date at a drive-in, vodka and orange juice. I was so drunk, it wasn't even funny. I remember being walked up and down the beach, trying to sober me up and thinking 'I don't want to be drunk any more'. It was not fun. And sick! I was in bed puking for two days.

Told my mother the butter on the popcorn must have been rancid.
She never said a word. I guess she figured I learned my lesson.
