They don’t reach out to you. There’s supposed to be a card or similar in your room, telling you to call a certain number no later than 7 days after you check out to find out what offers they have. If we knew when we were there that we’d need to book a cash stay in future, I’d call to check. But that hasn’t happened yet!That’s my motto. But tbh I never get a bounceback offer to know how I would really feel about it.

I wanted to remember to call last time but totally forgot.The card isn’t always obvious. It’s just a regular sized sheet, placed inside the resort wide guide that’s in the room. If you don’t usually look at that, you’ll definitely miss it. They also usually send an email. There is also information on the TV guide channel. It’s a line between stations, you select it & it shows on the TV screen. Online, check the Special Offers section on the website. The online offer & email will say something like Keep the Magic Going or Save on Your Next Stay. Since you go regularly, just know for the future, every registered adult guest is always eligible. You don’t need any special invitation to participate. You can call ext 8844 from the room phone, or CRO within 7 days of checkout. If you do find it in the Special Offers section, you can book online yourself during the eligibility period.
And you say youre not adding onHear me out. The real bounce back offer is skipping the “bounce back offer” and buying into DVC. Thoughts?

Interesting, I was lead guest and it wasnt there. Also, I believe they allow 14 days now from checkout.
I just checked out and I have the bounce back offer for a future WDW stay in my account, under special offers.
