Do you remember this child actress?

I just happened to catch an old movie from 1969 yesterday, it was called "Daughter of The Mind." I remember being freaked out watching it as a 10 y.o. and I had forgotten all about the actress who played the "daughter" in that movie and waited for the credits to roll to catch her name.

Pamelyn Ferdin. Does anyone else remember her?

I didn't think I knew her, but after reading the bio I remember her. Especially from Star Trek and The Brady Bunch. Although I think I thought it was Cathy Silvers that was in The Brady Bunch. Learn something new everyday

She worked a lot, but probably didn't make half of what child actors make today!

I remember her as one of those kids that was on all the shows. She never really had a break out show of her own, but she was on everything. She had a really annoying voice!

Pamelyn Ferdin played Lucy on Episode #42 of The Brady Bunch..."Will the Real Jan Brady Please Stand Up?"

(I'm a Brady Bunch fanatic).

She also did the voice of Lucy in two "Peanuts" specials & played Felix Unger's daughter Edna as a preteen on The Odd Couple.

YES!! That's what freaked me out the most about the movie at the time, the wax hand in the fish tank!

I'll second that annoying voice comment. My girlfriend (at the time) absolutely despised Pamelyn for just that reason.

I was a child at the time I saw that movie. It soooo scared me! Where was parental control?!?

Sometimes when I'm driving a very dark, windy, foggy, lonely road in the country, especially with those memorial markers around, I STILL think she's going to jump out of in front of my car and I'll drive right through her. Brrrrr!

I'm surprised they airred that movie in the afternoon yesterday with kids around who might watch unattended. That's the sort of movie to curl up under the covers with, at night. -- On second thought, maybe it's still too scary!

I remember her - I always liked her, and remember when she was interviewed as a child and said that she was the voice of Lucy on the Peanuts show. I remember as a kid being very impressed by that.

WOW!! Talk about freaky...I was JUST thinking about this girl a few days ago thinking I wonder what ever happened to her??? I never knew her name but I remember her being on LOTS of shows!!!

I remember her in a show with Paul Lynde....she was his daughter. Don't remember too much about it but I have a vivid memory of a scene from the show where she was in a wrap around bathrobe and had a retainer.

That would have been The Paul Lynde Show which (according to the Internet Movie Database) aired from 1972 to 1973.

Paul Lynde was also a voice actor in Charlotte's Web in 1973, so they worked together twice.
