do you post on the cb?

Did you read the whole thing? The girl who pantsed the other has a long history of harrassment and aggression. She absolutely deserves to be suspended.

Lol sorry for the OT.

Oh sorry, I put the wrong thing. I meant that I don't think that the girl who did that should be reported for sexual harassment.

I got confused for a minute. lol

ITA.

If I was the parent of the daughter who got "pantsed" I would be livid, and hoping that the girl gets a suspension.

Not only did she pull her pants down, but she pulled her underwear down..

I randomly post on the All My Children thread but that's been dead since like.. the Daytime Emmy's.

I do. I start so much ~controversy~ I'm like that person on every reality show who you hate, but you don't want them do be eliminated because you know that you wouldn't watch it, and it would be boring without him.

Some people really flip out over my posts it's pretty funny.

On the pantsed thread, I posted a different suggestion than what everybody else posted. It was better TBQH. I can't wait for the "WHAT SHE'S NOT SPESHULL EDD SHE IS JUST PROBLEMATIC AND HAS PSYCHOTIC PARENTS! HOW DARE YOU! YOU'RE ONLY 14" that I get after 1/3 of my posts over there :rofl BTW Interlude =/= special ed JSYK.

I post sometimes.
But seriously BE MATURE....dont act like a child if you are to post there. :confused3

i sometimes post, but not a whole lot

I read the CB like everyday. I don't really post because I think if I did I would feel pretty awkward to be like the only teen poster on that thread surronded by adults.

honestly, i really feel like it was sexual harrassment. when some schools define sexual harassment as boys and girls TOUCHING, really, this goes way beyond that line.

forcing someone to stand half naked in front of their peers is sexual harassment.

I guess I feel that way because they are 6 year olds. Too young to FULLY understand.

I really didn't mean to cause a debate here. I'm sorry.

i'm not trying to start a debate either, but that girl completely knew what she was doing. she doesn't walk around without HER pants on does she? then she understood what she was doing.

I post quite often. The people on there amaze me at how they overgeneralize and blame everything on a mental disorder or something.

Quick everybody run and hide. Adult coming to the TB. :rotfl: Just wanted to give my opinion. Yes it gets crazy, yes people are pushy and rude, yes I post on the CB frequently. ;) But seriously, I have to admit that I have seen some of you post over there and I don't know why, I just assume everyone is an adult (a/k/a old fart). I think I would possibly respond differently if I knew a poster was a teen, as opposed to an adult. FWIW, I also think everyone who posts on the DIS is a woman, so go figure.

so your saying that teens should be spoken to in a different way from adults?

Sometimes. There might be an analogy that I would use that I would realize, probably doesn't make sense to a teen. Or I might temper a response if I realized I was responding to a teen. When you assume another poster has had at least similar life experiences (such as workplace, marriage, children) you tend to respond one way. Same as I would respond differently to someone's questions if I knew they'd never been to WDW, versus someone who had been there multiple times. Just like if I posted to someone here about a teen situation they were going through at the moment, some of you might rolls your eyes and chuckle thinking what does that old lady know? KWIM? Because I'm not dealing with teen issues at the moment (well I do have a teen daughter), I think my opinion might not be given the same weight as another teen going through a similar situation at this moment in time.

Everyone is welcome on the CB. HollywoodHaHa and I have had a few conversations and I found her (?) to be quite nice and friendly. I don't think I've ever spoken down or been mean to her. I take each poster as their own person. I would never lump "teens" in one group and "adults" in another. Let's face it, there are many instances on the CB where I'm sure the "teens" are more mature than the "adults" (myself included sometimes).

Oh I hear you on that one! Then when I found out a poster is male, I still don't believe it.
so your saying that teens should be spoken to in a different way from adults?

Yes, in some cases.
