How many people pack for theme night activities? Not formal night or tropical but for the 70's and 80's dances. I'm embarassed to say on our first cruise we were so tired after dinner(late seating) that a short stroll around the deck and we were ready for bed! I'm determined to participate in some adult evening fun this time and wondered what to bring. The 70's sounds fun as that is a blast from high school! Class of 80 sounds so far away but inside it feels like yesterday:p

People generally wear standard "club" attire on theme nights. You don't have to dress for the theme. On tropical and formal nights people dress accordingly but you can change afterward for adult theme night activities. Definitely stay up this time!

We never made it to any of those things either! We had late seating and very enjoyable table mates - by the time we got done with dinner, we were ready for down time in the room. I think we were all in bed and asleep by 11 every night!

Do they have theme nights on the 4 day or is that just something for the 7day....

They have 70's and 80's nights in one of the bars on the 3 night, so I'm fairly sure they would have them on the 4 night. It isn't the whole night; I think it usually lasts about 2 hours or so. I've never made it to one so I can't really tell you for sure.

On my recent 3-night we had 70's night on Thursday night, Krazy Kareoke on Friday night and 80's night on Saturday night. While the Cruise Staff dresses for the themes most guests are just in normal attire or club attire. My friends and I didn't bring specific clothes for the themed nights but we did try get our make-up to be in keeping with the theme and we also tried to accessorize appropriately. We had a blast with the themed stuff - great music and an all around good time.

On the 4 night, 70s night is Sunday, I think Karaoke is Monday and 80s is Tuesday?

I happened to pack a sequined shirt that I wore with velvet pants for our first Triton's night, which was 70s night for us. I changed into jeans, but kept the shirt on. The cruise staff teased me a bit about wearing a disco ball shirt!

Other than that, I didn't see anybody dressed in the theme.
