it's called a microwave here We have hot chocolate very seldom.....so no.
just heat some milk in the microwave and add cocoa powder and sweetener..... maybe twice a year

We also use a microwave to warm milk for hot chocolate.

No ice cream maker. Years ago, a parent of one of the preschoolers in my class made ice cream with the kids. It was tasty.
