Do you own a Small Blender?

My family is really into frozen fruit smoothies and I would like to get one of those personal size blenders to make them. I was looking at the Magic Bullet, but that thing is expensive. There are other ones that are much cheaper, but I wonder if they can handle ice. I can't stand dragging out my big heavy blender for one smoothie and then having it take up a huge space in my dishwasher.

Do you have a personal blender that you like?

I have a Hamilton Beach personal blender that I got at Target for about $20 and it works great. I throw ice and frozen fruit in it and they blend up really well. It has a 14oz blender cup that you can also drink out of.

I was looking at that one earlier, but dismissed it because it was so cheap. I didn't think it would be powerful enough to crush ice. Thanks for the info.

I love it! It works wonderfully. I really like that I blend right in the cup I will then drink out of. It even has a travel lid.

I have the bullet, and it works great. I bought it at Kohl's when it was on sale, plus I had one of those 30% off coupons so it was pretty reasonable. It does have a powerful motor so it does well with ice.

I'm considering the bullet again. It looks way more powerful than the other ones and everything is dishwasher safe. I hate to hand wash dishes. Bed Bath & Beyond has them for $39.99 after 20% off coupon. Is that a good price?

I bought the Macy's version of the Magic Bullet. Got it on sale for around $25. Works great for smoothies! JCPenney also has a version.

I just got back from Bed Bath & Beyond. I went to buy a Magic Bullet, but came home with a Cuisinart SmartPower Compact Portable Blender. There was a $20 rebate that made it the same price as the MB.
