I just purchased key west 517 points yesterday. but, do you believe that someone without a home base of vero could get vero beach at the 7 month points. I have two contracts one for 257 other for 258, should I change one to vero and have the other be key west. I am afraid I wont ever get vero around the 4th of july. I was told by reservations that vero is booked , all weekends for summer since january. please reply asap, need to change my contract within 10 days.

If you have already purchased, you can't change your contracts to a different resort. But if you are purchasing through Disney and haven't signed on the dotted line, you can ask to see if they have VB points that you can purchase instead of all of them at OKW.

I did sign but have 10 days to recind. meaning maybe they can change one contract to vero instead of both at okw. I thought it would make scheduling easier to have all points one spot.

We have separate VB and OKW contracts. Most of our points are at VB because we usually go there at Easter and 4th of July. So, imho, home resort matters.

We were there last week and are still in VB mourning. ;) It was very hard to leave.

Is there a price difference between the two?

We had a message left on on our phone before we checked out regarding available points. We didn't go to the meeting so I wondered what the going rate is.

Our first contract there was a resale and our 50 point add-on was through Disney. They were running a "sale" a few years back. Keep in mind that VB dues are higher than OKW.
