Just wondering if it matters if you have UPH. Do you get in a different line if you're hand is stamped from a previous entry? I imagine that you need to go thru security again - right? Thanks!!

We usually got our hand stamped if we were leaving in mid-day, and only had them check the hand stamp once re-entering (becase the computer rejected the pass).

Re-entering is identical whether you have a stamp or not. You do have to go through security each time.

We did when we left MK to rest before e-night and when we went back our UPH worked and they didn't check for the stamp. I would do it just in case there is a problem, but I would think with the UPH it wouldn't matter.

The UPH proves you have a ticket that entitles you to park admission and has been used earlier in the day. The hand stamp proves that it was you who was in the park earlier that day, not someone else.

As mentioned above, it's always the wise thing to get a hand stamp when leaving a park. Gate CMs can and do refuse people readmission if missing a hand stamp although it admittedly doesn't happen very often. But why chance it?
