Do you need a login to change fp?

So, lets just say that I want ultimate control over the lives of everyone coming on the Disney trip with me (it just works out better this way). Anyway, lets also say that some people want to go to a different park than me on one day. I plan to have everyone's first three fps set up to perfection before we leave, but when we get there can they go to fp kiosk and add fourth, etc fps without needed to log into my account? I assume the cast member will ask which people in the party they are adding the fp for right? As far as I see it, the only reason you might want to log in is if you are moving fps you already have to earlier times (and I don't trust anyone else to do this. : )
