Do you need a code for 7 for 4 or just apply for a Disney Visa and then call Disney and book it?

Yes your supposed to have a code. It's supposed to be for new DV holders, although I've heard of previous cardholders calling bank-one.
The offer states its for new cardholders, you must apply and receive your card from DV before you can book. So I would go ahead and make a ressie(with or without a discount like AAA) and then when you get your card, you can book it, IF its still available.
When I called today (Sat. 28) all the CBR had was rooms with King beds so for my family it would require two rooms. BUT we already had booked in Jan. so I was able to still get the offer.
Took 4 calls to different cm's but finally pixie dust fell my way!
