Do you make room requests?

We only request nonsmoking. Any room is fine at Disney!

We only ever request non-smoking. It always amazes me how horrible some people can be at check-in with all of their "demands" (Demands! Not requests!). And I spent nearly 20 years in retail management, so that's saying something! I've been on the other side of the counter - it's a difficult and oftentimes thankless job. I do not want to be a CM's nightmare.

We request non-smoking and as high up as possible. I am very allergic to bee stings and prefer to be as far away as possible from plants that may attract them, since we like to sit outside on the balcony in the evenings. If they are unable to accommodate that request when we check in we will happily pay extra to "move up" when possible...

I voted no because I interpreted the question as a request made at the time you call.

I don't make any requests beyond non-smoking when I make my reservation. Then when I check in I'm ready to ask the CM for a higher floor and that's about it. This seems to work better than an extensive list.

That's what I ment it to be...and I think some people do make a request at checking, but I think it is a lower priority to them. If they get it great, if not its ok too.

I always request non-smoking and as high up as possible. I've always gotten that. Now the really funny thing is.....our first stay at BWV in Aug '04 we had studio 5063...loved it. It was on the top floor, above Muscles and Bustles. Great view of the village green and the lake/boardwalk. So, I check in last week, Nov 30, and I get the exact same room!!! Incredible.

Don't care about the view, but we do request non-smoking, and ground floor. It's easier to get in and out with the stroller, and no chance the pitter patter (ok clompity clompity) of 6 little feet will disturb anyone below us.

The only request I make other than non-smoking is upper floor. I don't care for ground floor rooms.

I always ask for non smoking, and somtimes one spot or another, but like most I hardly ever get anything(except non smoke) but as said, just happy to be there.

I do medical non-smoking only. I let the magic take over from there. If you make a request and don't get it, you could be disappointed. If you don't and nothing happens, you got what you expected - no biggie. If you get something then woohoo and you are elated.

We have a medically necessary non-smoking request on our reservations and I did request CP at SSr this year b/c we loved how close it was to its bus stop. I didn't care if we faced DTD or not.

We got the EXACT same room as last year! The kids were thrilled (and so was I ) and it really made our Welcome Home even better!!

I always have several requests listed based on the resort I'm staying but I never mention them at check-in. I think I have 4 listed on my BWV 2br villa reservation started 12/18. If I get them great, if not the view will always beat the view I have here at work. My non-smoking request is the only one requirement.
