As my information says I live just across I-4 (literally) from WDW.

Well not exactly Chicago, Il but I am in the North Suburb of Vernon Hills, if you have heard of Six Flags Great America, I am about 10 minutes from there on a good day. 45 minutes on a bad day....I would love to do a meet and greet with anyone who is interested in the area.

Yes, I know where Vernon Hills is. My best friend lives in Gurnee.

Welcome to you!! I know we have several VMKers from over the pond, but I don't remember if any were from Germany or not.

I was walking down my street one day and some stranger with a tiara on her head asked me if I was "taken" and if I would be her "boi." I told her no thanks but she just kept saying something that sounded like "plz" over and over.

When I stopped for a coke at the corner store, suddenly I was standing outside wondering what happened. I realized I didn't have the store's club/message board/title/witty saying displayed anywhere on my person... but I did have a funny looking boot print on my back side after it all went down.

So, I guess the answer is yes, I do live near another VMK'er or two, or at least I have seen some people near me that would make model VMK citizens.

Well, it looks like there are a few Virginians, but not from my end of the state--I'm up in Northern VA just outside of DC, although I'm moving to Somerset County, NJ in March.
