on this board we all seem to be unhip moms who think the best song they have heard in a long time is the theme to the Little Einsteins!! and a good dance song to us is the Bear Cha cha cha!!

I am betting that if you post this on the teen DISboard or the Community board you will get more responses and from people who actually are in your targeted audience!!!!

Steve Allen (whoa, showing my age there!) used to do a bit where he'd take a popular song and read it as poetry. It was hilarious, because even good songs often don't read well without the music. He would read them very dramatically, as if they were Dante or something:
