But unless you've heard them in person, and I don't mean at a concert, how would you know they can truly sing?

For all we know, they could have enhancement in the tracks the record and play in the studio and in concert.

Unless they've sand for you personally, you can't go saying they can or cannot sing.

Sanjaya made top 10. He was so bad. Some people on AI just can't sing, but teeny boppers vote for them because they're "cute". I think most people that teens think are cute today are actually really ugly. But they think that about the guys and gals I like, so I guess we're even.

I think the Jonas brothers look like prissy little wusses. I don't think they're cute. I don't think they're even remotely attractive. I think that they're going to end up washed up losers when they get older. I think they're over hyped and over marketed. Just like Miley.

Disney has a way of ruining teen "singers". Just look at Britney.

I'm 13 [yes I know I'm young, but I've been a fan since before they were on Disney Channel] and I love them.

Just wondering, what is it about them, besides the fact that their music isn't your type and you think they can't sing, makes you HATE them? Saying they look bad isn't fair. I'm not trying to start an argument, just asking a question. How can you hate somebody you don't even know?

ETA: Exactly, you're saying we can't say that they're good if we haven't heard them sing personally, but how can you say they're bad?

Oh, I'm not arguing that they don't edit/enhance their albums. Everyone does.

But they really don't lipsynch at concerts. I've been to two, and you can hear little cracks in their voices and small human errors like that every once in a while.
I mean, do I have legitamate solid evidence that they don't? No, and I don't know how I could get that.
But you can't really get any solid evidence that any artist doesn't lipsych, and what I've experienced is enough for me to believe it.

And yeah, I do think they're talented singers. Sure, they're over-hyped, but they're part of the Disney company. Of course they're gonna be over-publicized, that's what Disney does with its stars.
And respecting their music doesn't make me some kid that just buys in and doesn't listen. I have a very eclectic taste in music, and I just happen to like their's as well.

I'm really used to Jonas hate, though.
My friends make fun of me for liking them, and I've actually had people say they lost respect for me after I said I'm a fan.
I think that's kinda ridiculous. The music I listen to shouldn't effect the way you think of me.
