Do You Like My New Ticker?

I wondered if it was just Castle Club that had the special entrance, especially having just read about it on the CC thread, does anyone know how you enter the park if you are staying in a standard room at the DLH?

DD has asked what people tend to dress up as for the party, is it mostly witches, or are there lots of other costumes? Also, it doesn't have to be Disney related, does it? She would like to dress up as a student from Battle Royale (don't ask :teacher: )

Bump

Does anyone know the answers to these questions, particularly the ones about dressing up at Halloween?

I can help with one.

The entrance to the DLH is to the right of the ticket booths, just before Guest Relations and Guest Storage. I guess you would have to come out of there and go into the park as normal.

Thanks :thumbsup2

I wonder if they will stop us using this entrance on Halloween night though?

Does anyone have more information about dressing up? DD's BR costume arrived yesterday (all the way from China!) and she is desperate to wear it to the Halloween party, if we go.

Sounds great! You'll have to post photos of DD's and your costumes. :thumbsup2

Have you looked in the Trip Reports ~ I think there are a couple of the Halloween party in there.

I never thought of that, d'oh - off to have a look now, thanks! :surfweb:

Later...
Okay, I'm back, found a couple of actual party reports, one with a link to photos. I had a look through and saw people dressed as characters such as Frankenstein and Darth Vader, neither of which are Disney, so I think you can dress however you like (so long as you're scary!)

Lucky you Annette & what a way to end the trip with a stay in the Disneyland Hotel:thumbsup2

Ooooh I'd love to stay at the Disneyland Hotel. It's just a bit out of my price range but you never know - if I win the lottery I'm moving in for keeps!

I've always said it was out of our price league too, we have sacrificed a whole extra trip in order to do just the one night, I really envy those that can afford to stay there for longer than that! :shamrock:
