Do you like flying?

NO! And I'm getting worse as I get older. Xanex is the only thing that will get me on a plane. I even have nightmares about being on airplanes.

And my dad was a pilot for 25 years - guess I didn't inherit any of those genes!;)

I hope I've never used the bathroom after you! Ewwwwwww:eek:

I hate flying and usually take an anti anxiety pill before hand.

I enjoy flying but I've only flown 4-5 hour flights. I wonder what it would be like to fly a lot longer.:D

After twelve hours it gets a bit rough! I'm hyper and can't stand to sit for too long. Flying to Hawaii was particularly difficult for me. I was smushed in the middle. Try to get a window seat!:D

Well fear of flying or not I just booked my flight. It has been running 269.00 and I paid about 186.00. If I had taken the 7am flight it would have been about 157.00. This is for october 14th-18th. Susan

I love to fly! I started flying by myself at age 4 to visit family in another state during the summer. Funny, I moved to that state (TEXAS!) when I got out of high school and then ended up working for an airline...:teeth:

Don't like it - will do it if need to, but prefer driving. Driven to WDW the last 4 times.

I like it, beats driving all that way. I can't imagine 18 hours to Florida in a car. That would scare me way more than an airplane.

Hate it with a passion. I guess I'll have to check into the Xanax drug that everyone raves about. My "drug" is 2 double bloody Mary's before I get on board.

I was scared before 9/11(about 6 years before when we had a turbulent flight which almost made me have DH rent a car for the rest of the way from our connecting flight) but bloody Mary's are what helped me.

I do agree it is faster but couldn't last any longer than the 4 hour flight to Florida. My good friend and her daughter just left for Australia this week....24 hours of flight time!!! (I would have to be knocked out cold for me to go, NO WAY!!!!)

Well, I'm a teen, so I'm most likely to die on the road. And since you have much more of a chance being killed walking down the street, or driving anywhere, flying is great.

Since i was 10 I've been flying alone. NY- Florida. Cali to NY. Cali to Tampa, and back.

People should worry about the drive to the airport, but in the air, no worries here!

Do i like it?... it gets me from point A to point B, so yes, I do!::MickeyMo

I do NOT enjoy flying. I do it because a) it gets me there much more quickly, and b) I work for a major airline! How's that for ironic!

I've gotten to see some neat places, but just don't like the process of getting to them. It's the control freak in me.

Here's the kind of flying I like:

Give me an open cockpit bi-plane, a helicopter or a hot air balloon, and I'm one happy camper!

I love to fly! First time was at age 22 for a WDW trip. My husband however, hates to fly. He gets motion sickness and has to take Dramimine.

  YIKES! I don't think I could do that! The smallest plane I will get on is a 737! I am such a HUGE fan of terra firma!

I hate to fly but I'd do it in a minute to get where I'm going.
The world is huge and I want to see more of it!
Fly me!:space:

Wow, Kathy!!! :earseek:
I'm impressed!!

Hate flying, but it's better then driving in a car with a young one forever. Have to bring lots to do though to keep my mind off it...and I can NOT sleep on the plane. It makes me sick, but I have no idea why?
