Do you like asparagus?

I love asparagus! My boss just brought some in yesterday that were blanched and then thrown right into cold water. They were so flavorful and crispy.

It give it a little added flavor and crunch. Just don't let the cereal get soggy.

Yes, try them! The skinny ones are the best of all. They have the least "woody" taste. Delicious!

Love, love, love aspargus here!! DH and I both eat it, and DD1 has been converted. Since it is one of the few veggies she eats willingly, we have it several times a week when it is in season.

I cook it several different ways, but the most popular ones in our family are roasting in the oven with olive oil, salt and pepper and a couple of garlic cloves for fun. Or wrap 4 or 5 stalks in a slice of bacon and grill. One of my friends got the teeny, tiny skinny stalks and sauteed them in butter with a little salt and pepper. Yum!

Loves me some asparagus here! . The boys have decided thus far that they don't like it, so there's more for me and DH.

We roast them in a tiny bit of olive oil and spreak kosher salt and pepper on htem. Yummy, especially dipped in fondue.

Love the stuff just roast it in the oven at 475 degree's with olive oil and lots of fresh garlic, salt and pepper

I LOVE asparagus--has to be fresh, and preferably steamed or grilled, still a little crunchy. Mmmmm...grilled with olive oil and salt....

Love it! Never cooked fresh before but Fry's had it on sale. I got just over 3.5# of it and saved $15 *awk*! Scares me how much it might be not on sale!!
